Privacy policy

Partner account data: name and surname, company name, phone, e-mail address and password (we store only an irreversible encrypted hash of the password).

Order data: ordered products, amounts, order comments and history.

Technical data: a session cookie for signed-in users and a language preference cookie (see the Cookie policy).

Creating and maintaining a partner account, accepting and fulfilling orders — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Communication about orders and cooperation — performance of a contract and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Keeping accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We keep account data while the account is active. After account deletion the data is erased, except for data that must be retained by law (e.g. accounting source documents — up to 5 years).

We do not disclose data to third parties, except IT infrastructure providers (hosting) and where required by law.

Data is stored and processed within the European Union.

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
