Terms and conditions

The website is intended for beauty industry professionals (B2B). Product prices and ordering are available only to registered and approved partners.

By registering you confirm that the information provided is true and that you represent a beauty industry company or practice.

Prices are in EUR. VAT is applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and is stated on the invoice.

An order placed on the website is an order request. After receiving it we will contact you to confirm product availability and delivery terms, and will issue an invoice.

Device prices are offered individually depending on the configuration.

Payment is made by bank transfer against the issued invoice to: SWEDBANK AS, SWIFT: HABALV22, IBAN: LV12HABA0551037879368. Please state the invoice or order number as the payment reference.

Goods are reserved and handed over for delivery after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The delivery method, time and cost are agreed with each partner individually before the invoice is issued.

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty according to the accompanying documents. Please submit any quality claims in writing.

Information about devices and cosmetics on the website is for information purposes and may be updated; it does not constitute medical advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; failing agreement — in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
